Additional Service Permissions and Information Collection

To provide you with personalized product services and optimize user experience, some of our additional services require access to the following device permissions. Personal information corresponding to these permissions is collected only when you use related features, as follows:

1. Microphone Permission

With this permission enabled, you can use related features such as voice changing. Even with permission granted, the microphone is by default off, and voice information is collected through the microphone only when you actively click the voice button for the corresponding function. The voice information we collect is used solely to provide relevant services and is not actively stored or used for other purposes such as voice control.

2. Camera/Camcorder Permission

With this permission enabled, you can use features like face-changing. The camera is by default off, and image or video data is temporarily accessed only when you use the corresponding features. The image/video data we collect is used solely to provide relevant services and is not used for any other purposes.

You can view, enable, or disable the above permissions at any time in your device. Enabling permissions means you authorize us to collect and use related personal information for the purpose of providing services; disabling permissions means you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer collect or use personal information based on that permission, nor can we provide the corresponding services. However, your decision does not affect the collection and use of information previously authorized.

Other permissions will be obtained separately as you use related features, and the purposes of use will be explained. We will adhere to the principle of minimal permissions in accordance with the privacy policy, ensuring the security of your personal information, and ask for your understanding and support.

If we need to use your information beyond the situations explained in this "Privacy Policy," we will seek your prior consent.

As our products will add more functional modules, additional authorizations may be needed from you. Before accessing your information, we will always request your permission.

7. Sharing of Personal Information and Third-Party Services

Unless otherwise stated in this "Privacy Policy," without your consent, we will not share your personal information with any companies outside of "Crait" or its affiliates, partners, or solution providers, especially not selling, renting, or distributing your information in other ways (if theft, trafficking, or unauthorized storage of personal information is discovered, please report to us and provide as detailed clues as possible for investigation). We take the privacy and security of minors' data very seriously. Without explicit notice, we cannot identify whether users are minors. If we are aware that a user is a minor, we will not use the personal information of minors nor disclose identifiable personal information of minors to any third party, unless it is necessary and urgent to provide assistance to the minor or in other situations as described in this "Privacy Policy." If the rights related to you as prescribed by applicable legal norms conflict with the contents of this "Privacy Policy," the provisions of the applicable legal norms shall prevail. However, if the provisions of the applicable legal norms conflict with the mandatory provisions of the applicable law agreed in this "Privacy Policy," we will prioritize compliance with those mandatory provisions while trying to comply with the applicable legal norms as much as possible.
